We have now started to receive bulk spam on this report form.
I tried moving the form to a new URL, with a link from this page,
but still the junk came in (77 dummy reports at a time)
So the "easy-peasy" form has to go - at least for a while!
If I can find a way to protect it, then it will be back.
If you know any techniques for doing that, please let us know? Thank you kindly.
In the meantime, here is a Word document to use as a template blank.doc
Please copy it onto your own PC, edit it and then Email it back to me.
I will then convert it into a web page and upload it.
PLEASE - do not use Word to convert this document into HTML! (the code is not good)
